Doesn't mean it's polite to say in mixed company!
The first line of an e-mail from a friend, that had me laughing very loudly (luckily, I was at home to read it and not in my chair at work):
You are. So. So. SO weird.
Just because I want to visit the Columbus Washboard Co. I mean, it's the only washboard manufacturer left in the country! And they give tours!
How can you pass that up?

Dude, I would totally go with you.... just because it IS the only remaining washboard producer left in the country! (Besides, according to your grandparents regarding my lighthouse fixation, I probably fall into the same "weird" category that you do.... among other reasons.)
